Theoretical analysis of dynamic stresses of two-axled vehicle moving on uneven surface along simple beam; test measurements of dynamic effects of railroad vehicles with out-of-round wheels on four different bridge structures, two of them of steel and two of reinforced concrete; dynamic coefficient as function of running speed has maximum at low speeds around 25 to 50 km.
