A study of the railway relief department, the motives which prompted the establishment, the different organizations and history, the pension and superannuation feature, the savings feature, results accomplished and objections raised, special advantages, etc. Concludes that it is an institution of undoubted benefit to the employes, the railway companies, and the public.
