Designated Model 5310, gas turbine engine is offered as industrial engine with or without clutch, as electric set with output of 200-kw continuous, 250-kw standby, and as marine engine, equipped with reverse gear; intermittent-duty rating of 5310 is 360 hp, and continuous duty rating 300 hp at 2400 rpm; weight of engine with all accessories is 450 lb; Caterpillar diesel of equivalent horsepower weighs 6500 lb; variety of fuels including n 1 and 2 diesel, kerosene and jet fuel can be burned; natural-gas fuel system will also be offered; examples of applications.
