Constructed at Ramage and Ferguson's yard for Belgian Government; 190 ft length, molded beam 34 ft 10 in.; depth 18 ft 6 in., displacement 1050 t, draft 13 ft 1 in., rigged as 3-masted schooner; main engine is Burmeister and Wain 4-stroke single-acting airless-injection type, built by Cockerills at Seraing, and has six cyl 330-mm bore with stroke of 60 mm.
