Method in which Dutch shipbuilders have laid out their yards and use of this arrangement to establish practice which differs from methods followed 20 years ago; accentuates differences in arrangement and practice between British and Dutch yards, and how result is gained that, even among British shipbuilders, is considered as worth while.
