Character of vibration in fast turbine driven ships, which depends partly on magnitude and frequency of forces imposed upon it by propellers according to their geometry and location, and partly upon elastic properties of hull structure, with particular reference to twin screw warships; response of hull in relation to vibration generator survey of destroyer in harbor and calculations of first five natural frequencies of vertical flexural vibration.
