Study of expanded signal volume warrants, to include four lane traffic streams as well as two, and provide for varying volumes in these streams; by applying existing warrants, signalization of intersection may be effected under either of two categories, which apply only to two lane-two way streets: minimum vehicular volume and interruption of continuous traffic; data collected where 400 to 1800 vehicles per hr approached intersection at 30 to 35 mph.
