Details of design and construction of terminal, master plan of which proposes site development providing three separate berths with attendant marshaling area of some 12 acres; port, when fully developed, will provide expandable facilities to accommodate both lift-on and roll-on container ships; facility is 304-ft long by 47-ft wide wharf and is connected to shore at each end by 50-ft span bridge having pavement width of 36-ft; wharf is equipped with four 100-ton bollards and five intermediate cleats; two 100-ton bollards are located on shore for vessel bow and stern lines; wharf is fitted with draped rubber-fender system.
