Rail traffic control system comprises display of train location and identification, and push-button operated communication-type relays for remote control of switches and derails as well as of mainline and shunt signals; train routes are set up from keyboards; when fully installed, system will control some 100 mainline signals, 250 position-light shunt signals, 225 electrically-operated switches, 850 train routes, and 525 shunting routes; number of train and shunting movements will be about 2000/day, over about 15 km of route.
