System for tracking sun both in elevation and azimuth; system weighs approximately 125 lb and is capable of "pointing" as much as 20 lb of payload at predetermined position in sky; power requirements are 20 w; accuracy in pointing of plus or minus 15 min of arc has been achieved; test flights at over 10,000 ft.
