Three electronic scales and overload detectors, built into highways to weigh trucks while they are moving, in operation outside Twin Cities of St Paul and Minneapolis; devices being used in enforcement of laws against overloading trucks; data collected by scale industry will be valuable aid in planning future highway construction.
