Comparison of fuel costs; nature of coal-oil fuel; stabilizing agents; proportions of coal and oil; coal-grinding and mixing costs; coal-oil fuel and coal industry; it is concluded that there is no logical reason for using coal-oil fuel except in circumstances where it can efficiently replace oil fuel with saving in fuel cost.
