"Perth" flying boat completed by Blackburn Aeroplane and Motor Co, to order of British Air Ministry; powered with three Rolls-Royce "Buzzard" engines, series 11 MS, 12-cyl water-cooled engines, with bore and stroke of 6 by 6.6 in., developing max of 920 hp, and max speed 2300 rpm; span 97 ft; fitted with large-caliber automatic quick-firing gun which fires 1 1/2lb shells at rate of 100 per min.
