Built by Ateliers et Chantiers de la Seine Maritime (Worms et Cie); length oa 338 ft, breadth 46 ft, depth 26.2 ft; propelling machinery consists of one triple-expansion engine developing 1400 ihp at 82 rpm, steam being supplied by two Scotch boilers working at 13 kg per sq cm (185 lb per sq in.) pressure, fitted with superheaters and operating with forced draft on Howden system.
