Stages in development of rocket belts and first flight attempts are briefly described; hydrogen peroxide propulsion system with pressurized nitrogen for propellant expelling, motorcycle-style rotary hand grip for maneuvering control, and jetavator control to assure pilot's stability, were applied in rocket design; assembly and installation of components are described and illustrated; potential applications for lunar exploration, movement of astronauts outside spacecraft as well as in maneuvering underwater, are outlined.
