Average flux of charged particles on satellite in circular orbit in radiation belt can be calculated by method that is highly efficient; method is used to construct tables of average daily omnidirectional fluxes of electrons and protons for orbital altitudes from 200 to 8800 km and orbital inclinations from zero to 90°, based on 1963 flux grid of C.E.McIlwain; average fluxes for elliptical orbits can easily be synthesized by hand calculation using tables, and average is accurate for times longer than apsidal precession period; results are compared with calculations by other methods and experiment.
