Method described can be used to investigate possibility of flutter on such structures as airplane wings, tail surfaces, bomb doors, aircraft propeller blades, vehicular bridges, buildings, etc; with well known solution for air forces for two-dimensional flow over airfoil with aileron, equations were derived which can be used to determine flutter speed for wing or tail surfaces of any conventional airplane; use of still air vibration tests in obtaining structural friction of structures, and in checking part of flutter computations experimentally is indicated.
