Seaboard Air Line has in operation, drive which will turn any pair of wheels on car up to road speeds of 65 mph while car is standing on test track; it has effected large savings in time, and improvement in class of repair work done; since car is always at shop when it is tested, all shop facilities are available for correcting defects uncovered during test.
