Four axle, rigid frame locomotives designed and built at Floridsdorf works of Simmering-Graz-Pauker A-G, for operation over rack-and-adhesion lines in Czechoslovakia and Austria; locomotives have central driving cab and are fitted with train-heating boilers of Clayton model RO-500; rail gage is 4 ft 8 1/2 in. and service weight 66 tons; S-G-P model T12b 12 cyl engine weighs 12,300 lb and develops 1250 bhp at 1300 rpm; hydraulic drive for rack and adhesion mechanisms.
