Following successful sinking of offshore oil wells east of Das Island in Arabian Gulf by Abu Dharbi Marine Areas Ltd, work has begun on building terminal for 65,000-ton oil tankers about 3/4 mi offshore; it was specified that tanker berth should consist of 6 mooring dolphins and 4 berthing dolphins; to enable cylinders to be positioned accurately concrete and steel template was positioned, leveled and grouted to sea bed at position of dolphin.
