Description of use of 1 to 100 scale model to study navigation conditions in lock approaches at Columbia Lock and Dam, to determine adequacy of proposed design, and to develop measures to overcome or minimize adverse conditions; results indicated modification in excavations, guard wall extension, and installation deflecting dikes.
