Method based on application of gravity model techniques for analyzing proposed trafficways systems; preparation of comprehensive plan for small community, to evaluate and test one or more combined trafficways and land use; method facilitates analysis by establishing centroids and zones in order to simplify desire line patterns and relate them directly to road networks and is found particularly useful in outlying parts of metropolitan areas which are expected to have considerable population and economic activity at future period.
