Survey conducted by Dept of Highways in British Columbia for period of 30 min at each location, provided 15 min interval traffic volume record for 30 min of survey and complete consecutive record in seconds, of intervals during which vehicles occupied crosswalks, and of gaps between vehicles; recommended school crosswalk warrants are applicable to 2lane, rural and suburban highways.
