One hundred 70-ton covered cement cars completed at Du Bois, Pa, shops, and 100 additional cars of same design under construction at Keyser, W Va; cars are of twin hopper type and have 4 sliding gate valve type outlets and 8 water tight hatches for loading in roof; light weight 50,700 lb; length over coupler pulling face 36 ft 2 3/4 in.; width oa 10 ft 1 1/2 in.; Grade B steel trucks have 6-in. × 11-in. journals; truck wheelbase 5 ft 8 in.
