Report of head end collision between Zephyr type motor passenger train and locomotive and two freight cars on Chicago, Burlington and Quincy at Napier, Mo, stating that accident was caused by opening of junction switch by trainman without authority or instructions which resulted in diverting passenger train to occupied track, and by failure to control speed of passenger train properly when approaching junction operating against current of traffic within yard limits.
