Rational method for selecting business aircraft consists of following steps -- identification of factors, analysis of factors, and evaluation and decision; factors involved in selection of business aircraft are considered, such as purpose or use, safety, price, operating costs, speed, luxury, flying characteristics, maintenance characteristics, and compatibility; nature of factors, including their interrelationships and examples of analysis procedures are outlined.
