Hull form and model resistance data for 700-ft special-cargo (military) ship and for 230 ft submarine-rescue ship; in each case, both symmetrical and asymmetrical hulls were tested, and spacing between demihulls was varied; emphasis is on wave-making interference effects; conclusions relate to design approach and testing procedure, considering present state of art; fields for future research are suggested.
