Apollo spacecraft assembly is 82 ft tall and weighs 45 tons; it is composed of three modules -- Command Module, Service Module, and Lunar Module, plus adapter and launch escape system all of which are described; other major systems, crew systems, displays and control, environmental control, equipment bays, guidance and navigation, telecommunication, stabilization and control, electric power and earth landing systems; two tables are included outlining typical Apollo lunar mission and provisional lunar landing sites as determined by NASA.
