Results of Norwegian investigation into loss of Dakota belonging to British European Airways Corp, which occurred near Oslo Aug 7 1946; circumstances of accident; it is opinion of investigators that cause of accident was error of airmanship by pilot in that he began his "let-down" too soon; reason for error attributed to inexperience of radio range flying coupled with inadequate aircraft equipment.
