Set of equations based on first mode of wing bending; representation of airplane is such that aerodynamic damping of vibratory motion of wing is separate from that of vertical motion of airplane as whole; easily evaluated solution of equations for unit jump forcing function is also presented which may be built up to determine response to any forcing function.
