Twin screw motor ship, Aberdonian Coast, built by Hall Russell and Co, Aberdeen, placed in service by Aberdeen Steam Navigation Co to run between Aberdeen, Newcastle and London, carrying cargo and passengers; length 278 ft; breadth 40 ft; depth 23 ft 6 in.; propelled by two British Polar 2-stroke, 8-cyl, Diesel engines, with 13.39-in. diam and 22.44-in. stroke, developing total of 2560 bhp at 250 rpm.
