Electrical services in harbors of Union have developed to present day when maximum demand (half hour) of four principal harbors exceeds 13,000 Kw and units consumed amount to over 29,000,000 per yr; installed plant amounts to about 34,000 Kw; features of power supply and distribution; lighting; cranes; pre-cooling plants; grain elevators; floating docks; etc. (See also - discussion p 222-5)
