Illustrated description of system designed by Automatic Telephone and Electric Co, using "Electromatic" vehicle actuated signals; signals will operate on plan designed to ensure efficient control at " Complex," but, in addition, other junctions in immediate vicinity will be controlled by same master timer, to permit free flow of traffic to and from "Complex"; system operates on "flexible-progressive" principle under control of dual master timer.
