Cars arranged with 6 double bedrooms and 10 roomettes built by Budd Co; Frigidaire electromechanical air conditioning system and Fulton-Sylphon heating system operates in conjunction with air distribution system which circulates 100% fresh air; electric power comes from two 15-kw d-c generators with unregulated voltage ranging from 90 to 160 v; each generator operated by Spicer drive.
