Description of passenger automobile ferry for Victoria Nanaimo service built by Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering Co, Glasgow; length 337 ft; width 62 ft; 9000 hp will be generated by two sets of single reduction geared turbines; steam, which will be super-heated to 650 F, will be provided by three water tube boilers, carrying pressure of 325 psi; it will have accommodation for 1500 passengers and approximately 150 automobiles.
