Vessels built by James Pollock, Sons and Co of Faversham for Port of London Authority will be used for laying and maintaining public moorings, removal of damaged and sunken ships and barges and other obstructions from river fairway and dock berths, recovery of lost anchors, etc; length oa 109 ft 4 in., breadth molded 28 ft, depth molded 11 ft, draft (water) 7 ft 6 in. (air) 17 ft 6 in.; arrangement diagrams showing position of salvage winch, etc, are included.
