Brief illustrated comment on airplane having upper rotor wing of biplane combination symmetrical along center line of span and devised so it can be released from fixed position, started to rotate and will continue to rotate and operate as rotating wing type; design combines steep descent and slow landing characteristics of rotating wing plane with high speed and efficiency of conventional airplane.
