Project includes 3 passing sidings on 15-mi section of single track from terminal to Texarkana, Ark, to Springdale, Tex, handling 28 scheduled trains daily: control of switches and signals, as well as return of indications to control machine, effected by code handled over three wires extending from Marshall to Texarkana, distance of 67 mi.
