Motor ship "Leinster" built in 1937 and commissioned for war service, was reconditioned by Harland and Wolff as passenger vessel, and renamed "Ulster Prince"; length oa 367 ft; beam molded 50 ft; propelled by two Harland-B and W 10-cyl, 2-stroke engines with 500-mm bore and 900-mm stroke, each developing 2600 bhp at 120 rpm.
