Paper extends reorientation schemes for satellites possessing inertial symmetry about spin-axis, to spinning satellites which are not designed with inertial symmetry; method of torquing described effects changes in spin-axis attitude by plane of satellite; 2-phase attitude control system is developed for asymmetric, spinning earth-satellite which is nominally oriented with its spin axis normal to plane of its orbit.
