Launch windows of few hours daily are obtained for highly eccentric orbits in order that lunar and solar perturbations will not lower perigee into atmosphere for specified period after launch, usually year; characteristics of perturbations, methods employed in numerically integrating perturbations, construction of launch window map, and characteristics of launch window map are considered.
