Determination of minimum inclination identifies those lunar orbit inclinations that cannot be attained without plane change in immediate vicinity of moon; launch azimuth restrictions are examined to establish launch windows; minimum lunar inclination varies between plus or minus 15°; there are two launch windows per 24-hr period of 4- to 6-hr duration each, and launch window extension via plane change is very expensive in terms of required plane change velocity increment.
