Technique presents method of achieving orbital rendezvous because of large time tolerances on launching, low energy requirements, and relatively long times of closing during which corrective measures may be taken; errors in initial orbital establishment may be monitored and reduced by either ground or vehicle equipment; applicability to any orbital rendezvous, including moon or planets, or to position placement such as 24-hr satellites, if Earth launched point is at latitude equal to or less than orbital inclination in degrees.
