Development of unusual test capabilities for arc discharge wind tunnel which has nominal run time of 30 msec; design and test techniques employed, problem areas encountered, and samples of test data obtained for simulation of rocket power effects on vehicle stability and measurement of aerodynamic damping; sample data indicate quality of data obtainable; samples of self-luminous and shadowgraph photographs shown.
