Objectives of NASA's project; spacecraft consists of re-entry module and adapter module; former houses crew; only systems connected with crew are within pressurized area, such as environmental control system, ejection seats, food and waste equipment, microphones, speakers, instrument panels and guidance controls; adapter module jettisoned prior to re-entry, supports re-entry module on launch vehicle; Gemini launch vehicle will be modified Titan 2; target vehicle for rendezvous and docking operations will be Agena D spacecraft; details of escape system, adapter section, retro-rocket system, data gathering, tracking, pressure suit, computer and guidance.
