Motor tug Lady Cecilia is first vessel to be completed at Beverley shipyard since it was reopened by Charles D.Holmes in Apr 1963, and was built for J.H.Piggot and Son, of Grimsby; length oa 93 ft 10 in., breadth molded 24 ft, depth molded 12 ft 6 in.; main propulsion is by 7-cyl Ruston and Hornsby type VEBCM diesel engine rated 850 shp at 600 rpm; free-running speed is 10 1/2 knots, and bollard pull exceeds 13 tons.
