Flutter investigation made of elastically and dynamically scaled models; removal of 15° dihedral of stabilizer used on bomber raised flutter boundary to higher dynamic pressures; effect of Mach number on flutter boundary was different for dihedral angles of 0 and 15°; high speed motion pictures indicated that flutter mode consisted primarily of fin bending and fin torsion.
