Basic wing had trapezoidal planform, aspect ratio of 3.0, taper ratio of 0.143, and unswept 80% chord line; modifications included deflectable full and partial span leading edge chord extensions; trapezoidal canard similar in planform to basic wing and 60° sweptback delta canard were tested; results obtained.
