Study of brake usage of cars with different drives over 4 widely varying routes; for each of road sections relation is derived between brake usage and characteristics of cars studied to develop brake and/or lining assessment test, conditions of which would vary according to performance of car; it is concluded that suitable information is obtained to formulate test.
