Illustrated description of locomotive built in Great Britain for service on railways of various countries in Europe, design has been made to conform as far as possible to conditions existing in those countries; tractive effort between 40,000 and 50,000 lb; requirements were met by 2-8-0 locomotive with double-truck tender; designs and specifications prepared by Vulcan Foundry.
